Volunteer & Internship Programs
Make a real impact abroad or gain career‑defining work experience — we handle placements, accommodation, visas, and even your flight tickets with insider savings.
Why HR Consultant for Your International Experience?
Whether you're a student seeking a summer of meaningful volunteer work, a recent graduate looking for a career‑launching internship, or a professional wanting to contribute your skills to community betterment, HR Consultant is your single, trusted partner. We go far beyond listing opportunities — we manage the entire journey from placement to return, including visa preparation, accommodation booking, and even your airfare using the same insider ticketing hacks that save our clients thousands of rupees. Unlike mass‑market volunteer platforms, we only work with registered non‑profit organisations for volunteer placements and thoroughly vetted private companies for internships. Our dedicated coordinators in Pakistan and in your host country ensure you're supported 24/7.
We are currently active in Pakistan, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, across Europe, Thailand, Vietnam, and several African nations, and we will soon expand our on‑ground operations into South America. For destinations where we do not yet have a partner office, we still prepare your visa case and coordinate with the host organisation, so you never face the process alone.
🤝 Volunteer Abroad Programs – Real Impact, Registered Non‑Profits
Our volunteer program is designed for individuals who want their time and effort to genuinely benefit a community. We only collaborate with registered non‑profit entities — charities, community trusts, and international NGOs — that focus on measurable, positive change. We do not engage with for‑profit "voluntourism" operators. Every project is personally audited by our team to ensure the work you do is ethical, sustainable, and needed.

Placement Fees & Important Policy Notes
Our placement fee is a comprehensive package that covers host matching, visa preparation assistance, accommodation arrangement, and our 24/7 on‑ground support. It does not include the embassy visa fee, which is paid directly by you at the time of application.
- ✅ Placement Fee: Varies by program type, destination, and duration. A detailed quotation is provided after your free consultation. The fee can be paid in two instalments — 50% upon confirmation and 50% before departure.
- ✅ What’s Included: administrative processing, host matching, invitation letter procurement, accommodation booking support, pre‑departure briefing, and 24/7 emergency assistance.
- ✅ Embassy Visa Fee: Paid directly to the visa application centre. This fee is non‑refundable in all circumstances, even if the visa is refused.
- ✅ Visa Refusal Policy: If your visa is refused, we refund the placement fee minus an administrative charge of PKR 15,000 and any non‑recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf by the host organisation or accommodation provider. The complete refund policy, including all terms and conditions, will be provided to you in your official placement letter.
- ✅ Age Limit: Both volunteer and internship programs are open to individuals aged 18 to 40 years. For candidates slightly outside this bracket, please contact us — exceptions may be possible depending on the project.
We prepare every non‑EU application with extreme care, but the final visa decision rests with the embassy or, in some cases, the sponsoring university. We strongly advise you not to book your flight or make non‑refundable payments until your visa is approved.
✈️ How to Save Up to 40% on Your Flight – The Volunteer & Intern Ticket Hack
Our air ticketing expertise isn’t just for students. Volunteers and interns can access the same hidden‑city ticketing and youth fare strategies that have saved our clients thousands of rupees. Here’s a real example:
Hira, a volunteer heading to Hanoi, Vietnam, for a 4‑week teaching project, was looking at a direct return ticket from Lahore for PKR 165,000. We found a Lahore → Bangkok flight with a layover in Hanoi for just PKR 98,000 — by booking her baggage short‑checked to Hanoi and simply exiting at the connection, she saved PKR 67,000 on the same airline. Additionally, we applied an under‑30 youth fare discount on her ticket, bringing the final cost down to PKR 89,000 — nearly half the original price.
This technique is legal, widely used, and completely safe when executed correctly. We’ll explain the rules (one‑way only, no checked baggage to the final destination, and no frequent‑flyer miles on that leg) so you can decide if it’s right for you. Combined with our group booking discounts (if you’re travelling with other volunteers or interns), your travel costs can drop even further.
