At Horizon Routes Consultant, we aim to deliver high‑quality services with fairness. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for each service.
1. Study Abroad & Visa Consultancy
Consultation Fee: Non‑refundable once the counselling session has been provided. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a full refund of any prepaid fee is possible.
Application Processing Fee: This covers document verification, application submission, and follow‑up. It is non‑refundable once we have begun processing your application.
Visa Rejection: We work diligently to ensure your application is strong. However, visa decisions are at the sole discretion of the respective embassy/immigration authority. We do not guarantee visa issuance; no refund can be provided for rejection based on factors beyond our control (e.g., insufficient funds, adverse travel history).
2. Umrah Packages
Booking Deposit: A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation: If you cancel 30+ days before departure, 50% of the package amount (minus deposit) is refunded. Between 15–29 days, 25% is refunded. Less than 15 days, no refund.
No‑show: No refund.
Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, we will reschedule or offer credit towards future bookings, subject to supplier policies.
3. Air Ticketing
Flight Tickets: Refunds are subject to the airline's cancellation policy. We will assist you with the cancellation process; any airline penalties or service fees will be deducted from the refund.
Service Charge: Our ticketing service fee is non‑refundable once the ticket is issued.
4. Volunteer & Internships
Program Fee: A deposit is required to secure your placement. The deposit is non‑refundable once the placement process (e.g., host matching, visa documentation) has commenced.
Cancellation before placement confirmation: You may cancel within 48 hours of the initial payment and receive a full refund, provided we have not yet started processing your application.
Cancellation after placement confirmation: No refund of the program fee. If the host cancels or the program is terminated due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a comparable alternative placement or credit for a future program.
Visa refusal: If your visa is denied for reasons unrelated to fraudulent documentation, we will refund the program fee minus any non‑recoverable third‑party costs (e.g., visa application fees, insurance).
5. PTE Test Booking (via Third‑Party Platform)
Booking Service: We facilitate test bookings through official Pearson channels or authorised resellers. The test fee is subject to the third party's refund and rescheduling policies.
Service Fee: Our handling/coordination fee is non‑refundable once the booking has been confirmed on your behalf.
Rescheduling: We will assist you in rescheduling according to the third party's rules; any additional charges from the third party are your responsibility.
6. PTE Vouchers (Purchased Directly from Us)
Non‑Refundable: All PTE test vouchers sold directly by Horizon Routes Consultant are strictly non‑refundable. Once a voucher is issued, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, visa outcome, or inability to use the voucher before its expiration.
Validity: Vouchers are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to schedule the test within that timeframe.
7. B2B / Corporate Partnership Services
Customised agreements will outline specific refund terms. In general, any retainer or setup fee is non‑refundable after work has commenced. Monthly/periodic fees may be refunded pro‑rata if services are discontinued with proper notice.
8. General Conditions
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@hrconsultant.pk.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to modify this policy. Any changes will be posted here.
